Booking Terms & Service Agreement
By booking a consultation or submitting a project request with Spellbound Creative Group LLC, you agree to the terms below.

1. Consultation Purpose
Consultations are used to review your business needs, project goals, timeline, and possible service options. A consultation does not guarantee that Spellbound Creative Group LLC will accept the project.
After the consultation, we may provide a service recommendation, project estimate, or custom quote based on the scope of work discussed.
2. Business Services Only
Our services are intended for small businesses, sellers, makers, creatives, and home-based business owners.
We do not provide personal household organization, personal financial planning, tax preparation, legal services, bookkeeping, or accounting services.
3. Scheduling and Attendance
Please attend your scheduled consultation on time. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.
If you miss your consultation without notice, you may need to book a new appointment.
4. Project Quotes and Pricing
Prices shown on the website are starting prices only. Final pricing may vary based on project size, timeline, complexity, number of revisions, and customization needs.
No paid project begins until the project scope, pricing, and payment terms are confirmed.
5. Payments and Deposits
For custom projects, payment may be required in full or through a deposit before work begins.
Deposits reserve project time and may be non-refundable once work has started. Any refund eligibility will depend on the amount of work completed, project stage, and agreed service terms.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel a project request before work begins.
Once work has started, refunds are not guaranteed. If a refund is approved, it may be reduced based on time spent, completed work, administrative time, or any custom materials already created.
Digital products, completed custom spreadsheets, templates, documents, and delivered files are generally not refundable.
7. Client Responsibilities
To complete your project accurately, you agree to provide clear information, timely responses, and any materials needed for the project.
This may include business details, spreadsheet access, product lists, pricing information, process notes, logos, photos, website links, or examples.
Delays in providing information may delay the project timeline.
8. Project Scope
Your project includes only the services specifically agreed upon in writing.
Additional requests, extra revisions, new features, new pages, expanded spreadsheets, additional meetings, or changes outside the original scope may require a new quote or additional fee.
9. Revisions
Each project may include a limited number of revisions, depending on the service selected.
Revisions are intended for reasonable adjustments to the agreed project. A revision does not include a full redesign, new project direction, or added services not included in the original scope.
10. Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are based on the project details provided at the time of booking.
Timelines may change if project details change, requested materials are delayed, or additional revisions are requested.
11. No Guaranteed Results
Spellbound Creative Group LLC provides organization support, administrative support, spreadsheets, digital tools, and creative business services.
We do not guarantee specific business results, income, sales, growth, engagement, tax savings, or platform performance.
12. Platform and Third-Party Tools
Some services may involve third-party platforms such as Google Sheets, Excel, Squarespace, Etsy, Canva, Square, or other business tools.
Spellbound Creative Group LLC is not responsible for platform outages, account restrictions, software changes, lost access, billing issues, or third-party policy changes.
13. Confidentiality
We respect your business information and will not intentionally share your private project details, files, or business information without your permission.
You are responsible for removing or limiting access to sensitive information that is not needed for the project.
Please do not submit passwords, banking details, tax identification numbers, medical information, or private customer information unless specifically required and safely shared through an agreed method.
14. Ownership and Use of Work
Once payment is completed, you may use the final delivered files for your own business use.
Spellbound Creative Group LLC may reuse general layouts, formulas, systems, design concepts, or non-confidential methods for future projects.
Custom work may not be resold, redistributed, or claimed as a template for resale unless written permission is provided.
15. Communication
Most communication will take place through email, contact forms, scheduled calls, or agreed messaging methods.
Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response.
16. Right to Decline Service
Spellbound Creative Group LLC reserves the right to decline or discontinue a project if the request is outside our services, if communication becomes inappropriate, if required information is not provided, or if the project cannot be completed within the requested scope or timeline.
17. Agreement
By booking a consultation, submitting a project request, or purchasing a service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
